well not all series are long one piece is basically the longest anime i have heard of and there aren't many anime with more than 150 + episodes so basically it can be called long and one piece is kind of boring to me now since it's too common now
Not something like attack on titan and it's pretty old but both are still pretty awesome. Yu Yu Hakusho & Saint Seiya, if saint seiya is too old for you try the OVA lost canvas. It's not long (26 episodes) but the animation is more recent and both the story and animation are pretty awesome.
Eyeshield 21 - Hajime no Ippo - Major - Diamond no Ace (sports anime)
D-grayman and the trinity of anime (one piece - bleach - naruto) and the 2 I mentioned in my other comment.
Gintama is pretty good as well but more comedy focused.
Hitman reborn is pretty great as well, just have to get through the intro arc which takes a while, check a filler guide if you want to get to the good stuff asap.
Ya'll forget about Sword Art Online? or My Hero Academia? on like 4/5th season and i love em. I'd recommend checking out some of the isekai's like rogue hero/danmachi/tensei (slime) if you don't like SAO or MHA. little bit shorter but will fill a void for a few days/weeks depending on binge ability
Gintama, the monogatari series (Bakemonogatari +), Bleach, D.Gray-man (around 100eps), Fullmetal alchemist, Hunter x Hunter (OG not the one from 2011), Jojo's bizare adventure, Hitman Reborn, Monster, World trigger -Disclaimer- I have not seen all of these series, some might be bad, idk and all of them are 70 eps +.
graywolf. I know good animes that are really good but I don't really know if you could consider them like black clover Soo anyway. OnePiece (over 900 episodes) bleach (over 300 episodes), Naruto (+Shippuden 750 episodes) Hunter x Hunter (don't remember) these ones are the ones I've already watched. I also plan on watching 7 deadly sins
